Customer management

Service and enquiry handling across the agreed channels, with handover to a person when needed.
Category XVI · Process management with associated AI
Every piece of data in its place. Every task with its next step.
We do not sell a closed platform. We design and integrate workflows using your systems. AI interprets information and rules maintain control.
Automation connects inputs, rules and systems without requiring every process to be implemented at once.
Events, documents and messages are orchestrated, AI classifies or extracts information, rules validate the result and the company’s systems retain the record.
The solution can cover different areas. Each project prioritises the processes to configure and documents the limits.
We start with existing tools and systems. If a connection is not viable, it is identified before the scope is formalised.
Columnar’s price is the implementation cost. Maximum funding is the cap set for the category; they are not the same amount.
| Item | Segment IV | Segment V |
|---|---|---|
| Implementation price | 13.000 € | 16.000 € |
| Maximum category funding | 16.000 € | 19.000 € |
| Beneficiary size | 50 to <100 employees* | 100 to <250 employees |
| Users included | 20 | 25 |
| Users receiving minimum training | 3 | 5 |
| Configuration | 80 h | 80 h |
| AI training | 20 h over 2 months | 20 h over 2 months |
| Service period | 12 months | 12 months |
The implementation price and maximum funding are different amounts. The final applicable amount depends on the call, the beneficiary’s application and the terms agreed for the project.
The specific functional proposal documents the project’s processes, connections, limits, usage costs and terms.
The team learns to use the solution, recognise its limits and assess when to intervene.
Training included
20 hours over two months, delivered online by a human instructor, with a diploma or completion certificate. At least 3 users are trained in Segment IV and 5 in Segment V.
AI does not replace the company’s systems: it interprets incoming information and records each next step.
This page details Category XVI. These are the other published offerings, with confirmed segments and prices.

Programme status
As of: 17 September 2026
Call V for segments IV and V closed on 30 June 2025. This page does not announce new applications or present Columnar as an accredited digitalisation agent.
The availability and application of funding depend on the current call, the beneficiary’s application and the remaining balance. Columnar assesses each case before formalising a solution within the Programme.
Funding is not assumed to cover the price, VAT or third-party costs.
The solution can cover accounting, finance, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing, payments, human resources, logistics and other internal functions. Each project prioritises a family of processes and defines the scope before starting.
No. These are areas the solution can cover, not a package that implements them all. The proposal defines which process or family of processes is configured, which workflows are connected and what is excluded.
Yes. We start with existing systems and connect them through APIs, web services or other available mechanisms. If a tool does not support a viable integration, we identify that before formalising the scope.
Not by default. Third-party licences, hosting, infrastructure, AI usage and other variable costs are identified and quoted separately when needed.
It includes 20 hours of online training over two months, delivered by a human instructor, with a diploma or completion certificate. At least 3 users are trained in Segment IV and 5 in V.
They are used to analyse and prioritise the process family, design workflows, configure AI, rules and validation, integrate available systems, test the result and document setup.
We identify this during analysis. We can assess other connection mechanisms or an alternative solution, but we do not assume an integration is included when the tool cannot technically support it.
It includes remote support, bug fixes, updates and minor adjustments within the agreed allowance. New processes, integrations and development are quoted separately.
Next step
We review the process, the tools involved and where automation is worthwhile. Then we define a family of processes and the implementation scope.
