What exactly do you review?

How is the budget worked out?
The report includes a fixed budget for each phase, so you can decide phase by phase instead of signing up to an open-ended project. We agree the terms of the audit itself at the first meeting, once we understand the scale of your operations.

Does it commit me to anything?
No. The roadmap is yours: you can implement it with us, your team or anyone you choose. The audit does not tie you to any tool or supplier, and it includes no product you have to buy afterwards.

How is it different from booking a call directly?
The call is to see whether working together makes sense; it is free and requires no preparation. The audit is a piece of work: we examine your processes from the inside and produce a document you can use even if you never speak to us again.

What if you conclude that nothing is worth automating?
We say so, in writing. The report always includes which processes are not worth changing and why. Before automating anything, you need to know what is worth automating; sometimes the answer is "not yet".
