Customer management

Service and enquiry handling across the agreed channels, with handover to a person when needed.
Category XIV · Customer management with associated AI
So every opportunity has context and a next action.
We do not sell a proprietary CRM. We improve the one you have or find an existing solution that can be adapted. We integrate AI to qualify, prioritise and follow up.
The specific architecture depends on each company’s CRM, channels and data.
Incoming channels pass through Columnar’s AI and automation layer for qualification and integration with the CRM, calendar, tasks, reporting and documents.
Features are listed explicitly so the offering’s scope can be checked. The specific configuration is agreed for each beneficiary.
We do not require a tool change as a matter of course. We start with the company’s existing technology.
Columnar’s price is the implementation cost. Maximum funding is the cap set for the category; they are not the same amount.

The specific functional proposal documents integrations, limits, usage costs and any project-specific terms.
Training accompanies implementation: the team learns to use the solution and recognise when to intervene.

Funding is not assumed to cover the price, VAT or third-party costs.
No. It is an analysis, configuration and integration service. If you already have a CRM, we improve its performance and automate sales processes. If not, we assess existing solutions that can be adapted to your business.
We analyse its configuration, data and your team’s processes. We can automate qualification, opportunity scoring, follow-up, record updates and task assignment, always within the agreed scope.
We work with the tools and providers best suited to each project. The specific integration depends on the available APIs, web services or connection mechanisms and is validated during analysis.
